The Buccaneers Better-B-Q team in Raleigh, NC is privileged to have won with your remarkable seasoning this weekend in Edenton, NC at the, 2009 Hog Fest. We cook for the Kansas City Barbeque Society, which is a competitive barbeque circuit that requires us to barbeque chicken, pork, ribs and brisket. Our team used Jim Baldridge Seasoning on our brisket this weekend, which won second place. Brisket is the most challenging and judged meat on the circuit.
